GS has posted in the past some members do not want their communication public. If I were a member and they posted something I did not want posted, I would have no confidence at all, but then again, show me the CN or AAA Forums where Members post and they respond?
If the OP wants to, they can come back and post what was done. Most don't come back and respond for whatever reason.
