Dissappointed in Roadside Assistance Sign UP

After much searching my wife and I finally decided to give GSRSA a shot. On April 4th I started the process on-line and received notification that the application was "in process".

After several days of "in process" my wife contacted the toll-free number and was told that their e-mail system had been down for over a week, but that they could take all the information down and then confirmed that the RSA was approved and that we would receive notification "shortly".

Well today is the 23rd day of April and we have still not received ANY notification of service or that we can download the temporary membership cards.

Since we have had no response from a simple application process, I can only wonder how much problem we will have IF we need to use the service.

  • Thanks Mark for straightening out our problem. It is unfortunate that you have to get involved in what should have been a simple process.

    Now we are looking forward to NOT having to use the service although knowing that we have it will hopefully make for some restful camping experiences this year.
