Do I need to be concerned about Good Sam
I got an email from GS offering a large discount on a subscription to Motorhome magazine. I like the magazine so I replied to the email and signed up for the subscription.
When I was finished, I noticed that they had my old address from 5 years ago. Several times I tried to update my address on their website, but each time I clicked on "save changes", it said an "error has occurred" and could not be updated.
I replied to customer service in the original email, stating that they had an incorrect address and needed to be updated. I received and email stating that my someone would respond to my request. That was about 5 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear from someone.
The interesting thing is that I get mailings from them about twice a week with my correct address that I have had for 5 years.
Should I just give up and cancel the subscription? Also, why can't GS get their website to work correctly? I've tried it for 5 days and get the same "error occurred".
In case a GS rep sees this, my GS # is 45410321
