Good questions jake,
From what I've been pieced together so far.
1. GSRA doesn't have their own road service network. They use the Allstate one.
2. It wasn't that they couldn't find a tow driver, it's that the Allstate network didn't have an approved one within the radius that they checked.
3. Both local tow companies (they are the only 2 in this town that have big rig capabilities) said that they wouldn't join a road service network because they had so much trouble getting their money. But they would respond if called.
I'll find out more when the Good Sam Care Team calls me back. I was in the checkout line at a store when they called earlier.
