I've gotta say...I had Good Sam ERS for several years up until last spring. They were good many years ago, but they left me stranded twice last year with excuses why they couldn't help me the last 2 times I called them(tire issues).
I switched to Coach-Net this spring(read my latest posts). They went out of their way to help me two weeks ago. They even towed my MH 120 miles further than the nearest service center because that repair shop could repair the coach the following day.
I'm not sure if it was when Marcus took over or not(the time frame is about right) but I feel like GSERS has tried to cut too many corners and make excuses to not provide the kind of service that customers expect. The complaints that I read on here pretty much confirm my thoughts.
I have the opposite happen, Coach Net left me stranded when I had my 5'er, they deleted my complaint from the Facebook page, so I complained to the State, and found many others had also. At least here I can complain and get some satisfaction, at Coach-Net I was told the Tow Company said they changed the tire, in reality, the tow Company never showed up, they took the Tow Truck Drivers word over mine. If you are a California Resident Coach-Net can no longer write a new tow policy with you, you can renew, you can have the RV manufacturer do it under their blanket policy, but try and signup on their website.
