It is 7/20.policy expires 8/20. Have not heard from GMAC/National at all. Do they wait until the last minute??

Never did hear from GMAC/National General. Had to call twice this week in order to get the info as to how to go on line and find the info. Was promised an email of the proposal, did not get even though email addy was verified 3 times. After the second call, did finally recive a link to find the info.
Of course there was a jump in price of 250.00.
So far, a poor communication service rating for GMAC/National General.
