It is 7/20.policy expires 8/20. Have not heard from GMAC/National at all. Do they wait until the last minute??

We were switched to paperless without our knowledge. We will be shopping for a different company before February and not renew. They did not answer my emails. Had we not have remembered, our insurance would have lapsed. Yeah, name only, I don't think so!
