ERS Solicitation Letters

Used to be a long time subscriber for the GS ERS (or RA) IIRC for 11 years. A couple of years ago, I had to cancel my GS membership since we were decided to just camp within our state parks and without the 10% discount for camping in private RV parks, it's not worth the annual membership that I'm paying-basically the only benefit I was getting was for the Highways magazine, a quite expensive subscription.

Anyway, still retained my RA/ERS subscription until somebody called me that since I was not a current member of GS, that I can't be a subscriber to their RA/ERS. Mind you, this after having been a subscriber for a long time.

Anyway, enrolled in Coach-Net and just recently renewed again for 3 years. And since I cancelled my GS RA/ERS, almost every other week I received solicitation letters from GS to enroll in their RA/ERS. I would like to request the Admin Team to cease mailing me those letters as I am not planning on getting back on your RA/ERS program. On a positive note for GS RA/ERS, the whole time I was a subscriber and was using their services, they have provided a very outstanding response and service. I was satisfied but you cut me out so stop enticing me to join again.

Zach, is that true? You have to be a Good Sam member to get ERS?

Q: Do I have to be a Good Sam Club member to have Good Sam Roadside Assistance?
A: No, but being a Good Sam Club member will give you a $10 discount on enrollment.

  • Thank you for the post RES1749. Please send me your Good Sam and contact information and I will honor your request and confirm that it has been done.
    Thank you, Zach
