ESP - Easy In, Difficult Out!

Condensed story: Purchased RV with ESP from CW of New Port Richey FL April 18, 2015. Came to my senses on May 9 and requested in writing that the ESP be cancelled according to the contract. Received a call from the store financial manager on June 15 that everything was in order and a refund check would be sent to the bank that same week. Fast forward to today: Sixty days after written cancellation request, I am still waiting for a resolution!
