ESP refund still in limbo

I started a previous thread back in mid January. Here it is late February and nothing has been done. We submitted the proper paperwork to our servicing dealer, but the dealer never submitted the paperwork to UNITED SERVICE PROTECTION. another month of extended warranty on a camper we no longer own. What next Ella? Feel free to call me at 803-917-7835. Dealing with Camping World of Charleston SC is ridiculous.
