Excellent Service
I locked my keys in my truck in Las Cruces at the Loves Fuel Stop. I was out of the way so I wasn't blocking anything but my wallet, phone and other essentials were in the truck.
Loves called for me, I gave my name and the representative verified my location and my self inflicted problem. 30 minutes later a locksmith took 30 seconds to hand me my keys. Outstanding service.
2)While taking my trailer for some repairs the serpentine belt on my GMC broke. I was between Madill Oklahoma and Durant. 45 minutes later I was hooked up and taken to a shop. Excellent service. Service at the shop, not so much.
3)After getting the belt and a new pulley installed and the trailer dropped off, I depart toward Dallas. As I hit the 1730 traffic I watch the temperature gauge climb. The new pulley fell off. Not broke, fell the heck off. It took longer to get a tow truck but traffic was horrible and it was a nice, cool day. The representative told me they could only take me two miles to the nearest shop on their list.
It was closed so I asked the tow truck driver how much to take me to my apartment. The mind boggleing sum of twenty dollars.
All of this was within two weeks. My service experience was great.
