Excellent Service From Reese
When we purchased out trailer in 2008, we purchased a Reese Dual Cam system to tow it with. Recently, I noticed a bulge on the ball mount near the top of the left trunnion mount. I contacted Reese (Cequent) through their website, and emailed photos of the ball mount. Later that day, I received an email back stating that a new ball mount was being shipped to me. I received it today. It is a new design, and is obviously much stronger with thicker walls around the trunnion mounts.
