We are having the same problem. I called Good Sam Customer Service on Tuesday November 28, 2017. I was told that their website was performing beautifully and it must be my computer.
I guess they were wrong according to this thread. This problem has been going on for a few weeks now. Can anyone tell me when it may be fixed. I am trying to plan a 6 month multi-stop trip which begins in 5 days.

I did clear all my cookies, logged out and back in. It did not fix the problem. I have done this twice in the last week trying to fix it.
