Expiration calls and mail
I am writing about all the mail and phone calls we get weekly, saying our membership in either Good Sam or GS Roadside assistance, are expiring or expired. We are good through Mar. 2014. How is someone suppose to pay any attention to your mailings and calls, when everytime it seems they are wrong.
Then theres all these membership cards,,, why? We have two different color roadside assist cards, dont even have a GS membership card anymore because got thrown away not realizing the roadside cards are the same, just different colors. Sure seems like a big waste of money and time, sending all this irrelevent mail and calls to people that are not at or near expiration. Love Good Sam, but the mail and phone calls have to stop.
