extended service insurance

Our TT is a 2006. We got a quote on extended service insurance because we are taking a 5 month trip. It was for $565 per Yr. and a $ 200 ded. Something I do not understand in the quote. It states...

VERY interesting question. Do they inspect the rig before the policy goes into effect?
