Extended Service Plan Cancellation

hello, i would like to cancel our extended service plan. it has been active for less than 30 days and we have not filed any claims. our agreement states that we need to contact our adminstrator to have it canceled (and can receive a full refund) but is not clear on whether that needs to be a written request or electronic request.

can i request cancellation via email and if so what is the contact email i can send our request to.

    call them. whatever they say I'd still send a certified letter too. get all of the names of people you talk too also.

    Good luck. It took us over four months and numerous phone calls to get our refund processed. We cancelled the plan the first week.

    Please send me an e-mail to the address below with your full name and address as it appears on your ESP documents, along with the contract number, and I will get your refund processed ASAP.
