Extended Service Plan

I'm at the Holiday Rambler factory service center in Coburg OR with slide problems. The RV service center put in a request for two different repairs. One was approved, however the other was denied! The repair denied was for my large bedroom slide. The two rollers under the foot end are cutting into the plywood thus making the motor work hard. Every time we move the slide wood pieces are found, before long it will cut through the plywood. Hoping for help with this matter.

Even newbies SHOULD read the forum RULES before posting. That's not too much to ask, is it???:h

Dennis, I would agree if I was not familiar with the back story: He is a full timer; ended up in a city he's not familiar with; has NEVER posted in a forum before; and was doing so in the repair facility lobby with all the hubbub going on in the background.

So no, not too much to ask but perhaps a little understanding of those who are not in their home posting in the comfort of their bunny slippers.

  • OK great, I'll dig into it. Can you send me a private e-mail with your full name and address so I can retrieve your policy information?

No, its not a factory warranty it is the GS Extended service plan we purchased last summer.
