Extended Service Plan

Hi GS, unfortunately, I am posting about a problem. I just received some sort of cancellation fee from something that I had not paid on since 2016. It seems strange that I would suddenly get this now in 2019 or the fact that I am getting it all. Please advise how you can assist me on this.
