Ironically, years ago we had an extended plan with a company (can't remember name). The local repair shops told us it would be $1500 for us to have the backup camera replaced (!!!!!! HUH?) They said our ins. co. wouldn't pay. We talked to the ins. company.....yes, they would. The repairman never called. We took our rig to Camping World in Junction City, Oregon ------ they replaced the whole camera set up.......and charged us the $50. deductible. So.....I think the problem could very well be WHERE you take the rig and WHAT your contract with the ins. company says. If you read that you should only have to pay $50. deductible......then FIGHT for it.
