Scott has offered to reimburse you for the amount that you paid over the $50 deductible. This is being done because you complained on this website. All of the others that have been ripped off and have not complained here are out there extra money. if you watch this forum you will see a continuous stream of complaints with many reimbursements. For those of you that say "Read the small print" I wonder why you defend this program that is so obviously tilted to separate us from our money. If they didn't make money from this ESP they wouldn't be selling it!
