They have been saved from spending thousands of dollars on their broken fridge and slideouts by using Good Sam. It is just like anything, as long as you read and understand what the coverage is, I think you will be fine. Most people don't keep good records or do their due diligence.

according to what I was told about the extended service plan , it run concurrent with any manufacture warrenty, I purchased the extended warranty 4 year 48000 miles, so in reality the good sam warranty is for only 1 year 12000 miles and I paid 5995.00 for 1 year or 12000 which ever come first.

Why am I being ignored?

It's an extended service plan.. they are all scams and are ment to make money selling them. They aren't in the buisness of losing it and they aren't looking out for you
