Midnightsadie- there is nothing more to it. I mainly use the RV to winter in florida. otherwise it sits in storage. Unfortunately i told Camping World that. I called and emailed them at least once or twice a month checking on it. Every time I got a status update that parts were on order or they were trying to diagnose an issue and working their way thru the list. I knew its their busy time as most people want to use there RV in thesummer so I ASSUMED i was on a back burner as i didn't really need it till winter.
