The never ending story of the Camping World experience...
So folks where we left off on 12/21/16- After 9 months, one issue remained: and we were "Awaiting parts due in right after Christmas break".
From my 12/21/16 post->
"AND one issue was not fixed- they "had not received the parts yet" - supposedly on order for over two months-and since I was taking the RV I would have to pay the $129 diagnostic fee for that issue. If I return when they have the parts and the insurance company will cover it I will be reimbursed the $129. oh and since i am taking the RV - if I return for that repair - I will have to pay another $50 deductible."
Where we are now->
Well I called a week ago (1/27/17) and was told they had to check on the parts and would call me right back. Over a week goes by - no call.
I called today(2/7/17) and was told the parts should be in in about two weeks.....so we are going to be at 4 months for a 2013 Dutchmen Toyhauler auxiliary fuel pump and control panel....
And the best part? NO contact from Camping World Management regarding how poorly this went. Can they possibly believe i would purchase another 80 Thousand dollar RV from them or say a single good word about them? I am truly baffled.....
