Purchased the extended plan when I bought my Crossroads Cruiser 3 years ago. Last spring I noticed a separation on 2 seams. To make a long story short, it was determined this happened because Crossroads failed to put lumber in the channels on the trailer chassis when they built the unit. This caused excessive movement breaking or bending all of the lag bolts that were supposed to be in WOOD. Crossroads refused to cover this because my unit was 6 months out of the 1 year warrantee. So I thought the extended plan would cover it. Just found out the Camping World Extended plan refused to cover due to exclusion 11, due to bowed walls and ceilings! WHAT? Out 4K!!!!!!!
