I purchased the extended warranty through camping world of Asheville. They have been super nice and helpful. I requested to cancel my warranty because it did not cover an issue it should have covered....

You say the warranty should have covered the repair. Dispute the denied repair. Contract covers how to do so. Canceling the policy is unlikely...very unlikely.
