the vast, vast majority of RV frigs use an evaporator system and do not have a compressor .... the exceptions would be residential frigs that are offered in some motor homes and 5ers .... I do know how their coverage is worded but a couple of years ago they covered a coolant leak in our camper's frig ....
when did you first notice the door issue .... if you are the first owner of the camper most of the major appliances come with an OEM 2 year warranty .... with your camper being a 2012 model, would it still be under that coverage
