I think Good Sam needs to find another provider!! This insurance company is crooked to the bone. I filed a Comprehensive claim for damage resulting from a water leak caused by a windstorm that was documented on the weather channel. Because the damage showed up 5 months later, they denied the claim, didn't even send an inspector.
Later, they raised my points for a hit and run. Since when is there any fault in being the victim of a hit and run. To make it more ridiculous, they determined that the damage was under $1000, so paid nothing. I paid all the cost of the two claims and they raised my rates $700/6months. EVERYONE!!! SWITCH TO SOMEONE ELSE before its too late.
