Extremely disappointed

1st off it will be a small claims court case. So I will sue the person who sold me the policy, he will most likely not work for the company and will be under Supeona to show. One of two things will happen he won't show, or a lawyer will show on his behalf, I will ask the lawyer for his first hand knowledge of the conversation, without that he is forbidden to testify. There's a little more involved but the situation doesn't look good. I will also try to purchase another policy to show that they don't disclose. I went to litigation school and have dealt with similar situations before and a friend of mine is an attorney, and he said that he never wants to go up against me. But I think a class action would be good.

Is it worth it, no, should it be done, yes.
