The Good Sam members are a cross section of America... no more and no less. One would need to exit society to avoid the negative aspect of life.
I am a Good Sam member and have their Roadside Service and have had both good and bad service BUT when it was called to their attention they went overboard to correct the situation. I wish I could say that about the company I am currently trying to get to correct a default in a new refrigerator I purchased from them for my home. I am still hopeful they will do the right thing as Good Sam is known to do.
This is a customer service forum and one can stand in any line at any customer service and hear more complaints than compliments. That should not discourage a customer from purchasing from that company but they should be glad they have a service department to correct any problems.
Some people cannot be pleased even if they were put in charge...that is just the way life is.
