But what about people that are truly happy with the service, you throw them all into your invented category of people living in denial? I am not a GSRA user so have no experience with them however I have bought from CW and had warranty and non-warranty work done by them and have been satisfied.
I never suggested the OP ignore ANY kind of feedback - be it pro or con.
Seems it's you who want's to throw anyone with comments that differ from your own into some kind of "category".
I suggest the OP read ALL the feedback and decide. I also suggest they ignore the name callers and those who twist things around.
