I'm glad I learned this lesson before having the membership for years and paying into a broken company.
This is exactly what happened to us and why we will never have GSRA again. The closest shop is all they would tow to costing us thousands for the repair. We were still under warranty. Lucky our Geico insurance towed us to the warranty facility and got the repair done without cost.
