Slightly off topic but in my personal experience that is where most roadside service contracts fall short. You call your provider and after an hour or so they call back and say they can't find anybody to tow you. Last time I needed a tow and had been waiting for them to try and find somebody, a park ranger came along and called a tow operator for me who was there within 15 minutes.
