no,he pegged you right.7 hours? i wouldn't stand for it either.i once needed off road recovery 35 miles down a forest service road many,many miles from the nearest town that only took 4 hours through bcaa,and that included walking for an hour to find a cell signal.
You may have missed this part
After calling Good Sam it took approximately 45 minutes for our contact to locate a vendor who had the tire we needed and to schedule their technician to assist us in one to one and a half hours
