That wasn't exactly what he posted. It took seven hours start to finish because they had to find him a tire, get it mounted and then brought out to him, put onto his rig and only then did the clock stop. Not exactly the same as taking seven hours to get service. I would venture to say if he had his own spare, the service call would have been an hour or two. It was the lack of spare that made the service lengthy. That isn't exactly Good Sam's fault.

After calling Good Sam it took approximately 45 minutes for our contact to locate a vendor who had the tire we needed and to schedule their technician to assist us in one to one and a half hours
