The GSP is a pain in the you-know-what. I broke down at a rest area and had to have two tows. One by a "certified GSP tow company" to tow me up the driveway to a public road where they left me on the side of the road and another to tow me home. Thankfully, both took AAA. They also have weight restrictions on the northern part (I believe north of mile marker 100). They don't restrict commercial vehicles (I see commercial vans on the northern part) , just heavier ones. South of marker 100 it is also rt 9 so they can't restrict you. That being said, I drove a class C up to marker 153 without getting pulled over and I see buses on it all the time.
