Flying J card

This is to the administrator, we who are ELITE Members are susposed to get 9c off a gal. for diesel, the most I ever got was 7c, how do we get 9c??

I get 8 cent off I thought Elite got more?

You have to buy from CW but I am 4-1/2 years into the Flying J card and I still get the .7 cents off. I have since bought a new Newmar from a different dealer.
