I have a fairly new RVplus card and have used it twice at two different Pilot locations. Both times I did not get any discount. Both times I called the Pilot card helpline. The first time the guy told me that the rewards were not activated on my card, he activated them. The second time he said he did not know why I did not get the discounts, and he is sending new card.
I have a feeling this whole rewards program is phony especially considering the news online about Pilot. I won't be buying fuel at Pilot anytime soon !!
