I recently tried to purchase fuel in Wisconsin using my Flying J card. I was informed by the clerk that they do not honor the discount in Wisconsin. Is this a fact. Dick

Thank you for your post. At this time due to State Laws, Pilot Flying J is unable to give discounts in Wisconsin. I hope this helps clarifies this.
