For your Information

I had Good Sam Insurance for my vehicles and trailers since 2002 and only filed one claim when I had an accident this past Sept. 2015. I had a green light and was turning left across two lanes with my vision blocked by a semi hauling a bridge beam that had stopped. The other vehicle that I struck had gone through a red light but with no witnesses what could I prove.

Good Sam promptly paid my claim and I'm sure the other party because I never heard anything about them not handling it promptly. I never thought about it until I received the bill for my next months of insurance, the premium went up 100%, from around $800 to $1600 per
6 month. When I called I was told it was because of my accident.
Needless to say I am no longer insured with Good Sam an my insurance for 6 months is still $804. It pays to shop around.

The view from WA State must have been quite clear.
