Not a basher but been around long enough to know that a "free inspection" is code for 'sales tool'.
I agree with you 100%. "Free" roof inspections can be the most costly thing you do.
I just try not to paint every CW and everything they do as bad. Based upon the massive amount of business they do and the number of complaints seen here, I would be willing to bet that the satisfaction rate is much higher than appears.
Remember, only unhappy people tend to post here and they are solicited to do so. We very, vary, vary rarely hear from the happy customers, of which I happen to be one.
