From a bad experience to an awsome one
I recently posted a complaint about GS Roadside Assistance involving a service provider they used as a mobile mechanic. GS stepped in and resolved the issue way beyond my expectations. Anyhow, I was forced to call GSRA again the other day. Here is what happened.
I GOT STUPID and pulled my m/h off the parking pad at my home and onto the grass area. I had the tires on planks as I have done this in the past. Well, here comes a monster rain. 2 days later I went to back the coach up and back onto the parking pad. Tires were still on the wood planks and no sign of sinking in the lawn.
WOW, the second the coach cam off the planks it sank into mud. Long story short, I had to call GS and within 45 min my coach was pulled out of the mud and on the pad again.
