I actually got a call from Good Sam yesterday.
They claim to have sent the information to Pilot but seemed reluctant to promise to follow up.
The fellow that I spoke to seemed to have a problem understanding the difference between "compensating" me for my one incident and actually FIXING the problem.

None of which actually FIXES the original problem.
I can't be bought with gifts.....at least not ones that small. :R
And I think all of that occurred BEFORE I sent the receipts in by email.
What I expect is that the Pilot company would be contacted to fix their pumps/computer at that location so it won't cheat other members out of their discount too. Remember that those pumps actually have pictures of the Good Sam Club card right on the pump.
Must I contact the Georgia Attorney General's office to file a fraud complaint. I certainly hope not.....but I WILL if necessary.
