Apr 12, 2013In my earlier post about how long to order parts I should have added that I do have GS ESP and I am very happy with it. They have been very fair with me and when dealing with a shop that does not want to bother with a warranty company they have worked well with me there too sending me a check for my out of pocket beyond the deductible and exclusions.
I have not been in any situations except one where a part took longer than a couple of days. I need to add that I have paid the extra 20 bucks or so to ship overnight but that has been mostly Freightliner parts.
Anyway I am happy with them.
