Your Good Sam ESP plan does cover seals and gaskets. The local Service Advisor simply did not call back to ESP for a second authorization after the belt was determined not to be covered. You should be getting a call from the Service Advisor who will arrange to have the repair covered through Good Sam ESP, less the cost of the belt.
