Good experience with GS Roadside Assistance.

Question

The auto-park on our motor home became stuck on so that the coach was unable to be moved.  Called GS and within an hour they had a mobile mechanic come out.  He was very knowledgeable about the auto-park system.  He removed the clevis pin so that we were able to continue our trip.  Thank you to GS roadside assistance for getting us taken care of so quickly.  It saved the day.

theres two people that make a road side repair a easy job. the person on the phone who can speak english, and the service shop.

It's nice to be able to call for help when you find yourself stranded someplace and do not know anyone there...GS roadside assistance has been there for us too.  Glad to hear you had a good experience...happy travels.

I agree with you.  The person on the phone was very helpful (and spoke English) and the mechanic that came out from Fletcher's Commercial truck repair was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  All in all it was probably the best experience we could have had considering the circumstances.
