Good help trip advisor

Went to use GS trip advisor after a long winters nap. Could not locate my sign in password. Hit the "mail me my password' button and was notified that the pass word had been sent. tried twice it never came through.
Spent a while trying my favorite passwords... no good. Finally called the number at top of the page, dreading a phone tree,
Waited a few minutes... a human named Robert heard my story, asked me a few questions and sent a new password. He waited while i verified that the password came through. problem solved.

Seems routine, but in today's world pretty unusual.
