Question

I had a hydraulic motor for my cooling fan replaced in las Vegas and the person working on my Motorhome forgot to tighten the bolts. We were on our way home to Canada via Yellowstone Nat Park. We were north of the park about 3hrs on US195 at Eddies Corner we stopped for lunch, When I started the engine it shut down the fan went though the radiator
we were so lucky that we stopped. I called Good Sam Roadside Assistance and they had a Tow Truck there within 1 hr. They kept calling me to keep me up to date on what was going on. looked after very well

Funny how there are plenty of horror "war" stories about lousy service from Good Sam but few or none when they do a good job. That makes me think there are far more good ones than bad.
I've had nothing but good prompt service from them and I've used GS many times for different issues. Never have they let me down. I was really impressed when DW let the premiums go unpaid and they towed us anyway with the promise of a renewal the next day which we did.
