Many "member" parks are closed to "non-members" on holidays and holiday week-ends. Notice I said many and not all. Log into the Coast to Coast website, find the campground you're interested in, then check the dates for availability. As for my experience, there are no Sun-Thu restrictions, unless the above apply.
