Good Sam Access problem

Called good sam help line today to consolidate an old and new good sam accounts. Was told that everything had been taken care of. Tried to login later today to veriy access and cannot sign in to good sam or road side accounts and cannot reset password.

Called the good sam cust service and the rep told me that there was nothing that he could do but send an email to the tech support team and that I would be contacted within 48 hours.

very frustrated that a simple online access problem will take a minimum of 2 days to correct.

Is this normal good sam customer service?

    this should open a drop down and click on the one that says "send private message"

  • 48 hours is not a big deal, however I did not believe that they could resolve my logon issues and they have not.

    I called cust service again and the rep said he would get the problem resolved today.

    I also sent my member info as req in an earlier req in this thread
  • It doesn't seem like waiting 48 hours for tech support to make the correction is that big of a deal.
  • It always annoys me when I buy a new camper and the dealer can't just add on to my existing account. Instead, they issue a new number and then I have to go through the **** you are dealing with frayfl.
