good sam beating around bush

I own a 2013 Thor ACE purchased at camping world, invested the thousands of dollars on the good sam extented plan, and now that I have a major problem witht he coach, good sam is beating around the bush, saying maybe your manfactur warranty covers that, and if they dont we only cover so much, really I though they were better than that, they know when the coach was bought and that the manafactur warranty is up,not really happy with either camping world or good sam and this waiting for a supervisor to call.

    I was wondering why it wasn't fixed under the year warranty myself. Shouldn't have anything to do with extended warranty at all unless he bought it over a year ago.

  • Why would you question their promise? Unlike a government, when a business makes a promise they are legally bound to keep the promise. I presume that the specified amount of time is industry standard, so smile, your worries appear to be over. JMHO
  • As of the end of the day Thor said they would send the part for the slide and good sam said they would cover it if they can do it in a specified amount of time, we will see, I hope Good Sam keeps there promise of satisfaction guaranteed. we will see.
