Good Sam cards
We bought the extended service plan along with Camping world membership. 2 months later we still have not received our membership cards... Is this normal for the wait time......

Good morning & thank you for your comment. We would like to apologize for the delay in receiving your Good Sam Club membership kits. Over the past few months we have been tracking the time it takes from when your request is processed through our system until the time arrives in members’ homes. Since we have begun this test we have received all of our sample kits within an average 3 weeks.
Your membership cards will arrive in a large white envelope that states “Membership Card Enclosed” in a black box on the right side of the envelope and “Please Open Immediately” underneath your name and address.
Please send us a private message with your mailing address and we will be more than happy to investigate as to why you haven’t received your cards and ask our vendor to expedite a new membership kit to the address you provide.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention & have a wonderful week! - We left the CW store with a temporary card to use for purchases. Our real card came in about 6 weeks. Call you dealer.
